Signature Consultants: eBusiness Change Management PM w/PAC2000 Experience

$65 - $75 / Hr. 18 Month Contract
7-10 years tech experience with at least 4 yrs e-business focus Description: Acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). Responsible for producing business requirements. Functions as project manager for large and complex projects. Develops project plans and schedules, including budgets.
May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by evaluating current processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities. May work directly with senior management and is considered a high-level expert.
Education, training, experience:
This position will be an addition to the Wholesale Change Management team as a change coordinator. This person will directly support Wholesale application teams in their change process, audit compliance, review, reporting, and research for changes to Wholesale systems to ensure that the change meets the standards of our policies. The Change Coordinator should be familiar with Enterprise Change Management policies and procedures, have good working knowledge of PAC2000, understand the standard practice of change record review and approvals, be able to interpret the policy and apply it to Wholesale changes as well as review partner changes and understand high level impacts, and ensure that audit control is performed on all change records that require it. Ideal candidate will be able to handle heavy work load, communicate effectively and efficiently, work independently but be a team player. - Should have a good understanding of Wholesale systems - Be able to work with minimal su!
pervision - work with other change coordinators to support multiple initiatives within wholesale - recommend ways to improve processes and find innovative solutions - recommend new tools (ie: templates and best practices) for our partners - be familiar with Sharepoint/website contribution - recommend new approaches to processes - Must be a self starter Minimum Qualifications: College Education 3-5 years Change Management experience PAC2000 knowledge and preferably working experience Technology background required Ability to work with a diverse group of minds and communication styles Wholesale technology experience preferred but not required .
