Project Manager / Solutions Manager

The Solutions Manager will work with a world class team to make great things happen for our clients and our company. You will drive business value throughout the client relationship life cycle. You will influence and contribute to the growth of an efficient, scalable engagement and support organization, with a focus on client first. The Solutions Manager will:
Manage internal and external program activity
Develop and communicate project plans and action items
Host customer meetings (Ex. Kick off, weekly status meetings)
Create Statements of Work
Own overall responsibility for successful solution delivery
Lead solution configuration that drives realization of the business potential
Lead the client organization to adopt and properly use the solution
Ensure long term client success through periodic analysis and interaction
Serve as a client facing lead for Evolv implementation projects
Interact with client executives, directors, and field operations
Support sales to determine the best solution for our potential clients
Manage internal team members directly and other department personnel indirectly to accomplish delivery
Support post go-live support of business manager to achieve customer satisfaction goals & Key Performance Indicators
Influence product roadmap and priorities based on customer input and configuration experience
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
Experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) or the recruiting process a plus
Ability to absorb every facet of the solution to understand how it drives client-relevant outcomes
Pride and professionalism in everything you do ; Pro-active, with a willingness to do whatever it takes
Ability to serve as a true ambassador of our organization, working with outside customers and partners.
Excellent ability to listen to the customer, as well as to communicate in terms of stated client needs.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the needs of the situation
Entrepreneurial, versatile, creative, problem solving
Exceptional organization skills to ensure activities are tracked and projects are on schedule
Discipline to make decisions based on the highest achievable return for the investment
Business acumen with an aptitude for technology (and how it can affect business)
High technical and systems integration proficiency – enterprise consulting experience preferred
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a work hard + play hard attitude. You will be in a high touch role with our most valuable assets - our customers. You will be highly visible to our Executive Team. And you will hopefully love the travel opportunities as you visit locations across the United States, South America, Asia and more. You will also be tasked with helping us recruit, interview, and select additional Service Delivery Team Members, building your management expertise in addition to your Enterprise Software Implementation Project Management skills.

Education, training, experience:
BA/BS with approximately 3 years relevant experience
Client-facing experience - technology consulting, enterprise software implementation, or client service/support
