WMN’s high standards and quality customer service is achieved through Ritz-Carlton training and attention to detail. This position would report directly to the President/CEO.

• Interpersonal and client orientation skills focused on actively seeking to understand and meet client needs
• As a project manager, able to manage workflows and search project cycles that ensures all steps are completed accurately, on time and within high expectations and client satisfaction
• Organized with attention to detail and accuracy yet, able to see the “big picture” and how each aspect relates and affects the other areas of the business
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results and making necessary adjustments
• Strong work ethic, and supports WMN operations by maintaining office systems and supervising/training staff
• Good decision making skills and the ability to function well under stress
• Ability to learn quickly, absorb information and accept feedback

Education and Computer Skills:
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable working in a small office with servers and remote (on occasion) IT support
• Five years’ experience performing administrative/office manager tasks and functions, supporting senior management
• Type 50 WPM
